Licences
The player
The player is proprietary software. Licensor: Zahia Melouane EI, trading as ZMLabs (written “zmlabs” in LICENSE.txt). You get a personal, non-exclusive right to use it free of charge, including for commercial work, and to keep backup copies. You may not decompile it (except where the law allows), modify it or redistribute it. It is provided as is, without warranty, within the limits of the law. The text that applies is LICENSE.txt, in French.
The same LICENSE.txt places the seed files of the archive (catalogue folder) and the measurement data it ships under Apache-2.0. A seed file grants no right over the model it names.
Player source code: not published.
Third-party components
The player and its engines ship with third-party software, each under its own licence: THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt is the notices file of both archives, byte for byte (in French), and the licence texts complete it.
Engine: a modified build of llama.cpp (MIT). The upstream source is public; our changes are not published.
Three of the four engines also contain the llama.cpp web interface: see its notice.
Source offer
The Linux engines ship the GCC runtime libraries (libgomp, libstdc++, libgcc_s) under GPL-3.0 with the GCC Runtime Library Exception 3.1. Their source is the Ubuntu package gcc-12, version 12.3.0-1ubuntu1~22.04.3:
